When you need to contact Office of Educational Affairs
Several occasions this office needs to be informed by you.
For all the Royal Thai Government Scholarship students and Royal Thai Government Officers studying in Australia.
- When you first arrive in Australia and New Zealand.
- When you change your address/phone number/email.
- When you intend to leave the country for reasons such as visiting Thailand, presenting the paper at the conferences etc.
- If any situation arises that precludes you from studying for a long period.
- When you are going to upgrade your degree.
- If you are thinking about changing your course of study or university.
- When your studying period permitted by RTG will expire and you will need extension
(Use Form Extension 1 and Form Extension 1.1).
- When you intend to submit your thesis and the date you plan to return to Thailand.
For Royal Thai Government Scholarship students
- For students undertaking research, you have to complete and also ask your supervisor to complete
progress report twice a year (Use Form Progress 1)
- If you are completing your degree by coursework, you are required to send a copy of your official
results every semester.
- When you are reviewed on your progress by your faculty, school or department, this Office requires
a copy of this review. It is to be sent to this Office within two weeks of the review.
